Dunes-Kankakee Trail
Indiana Dunes Tourism has been a catalyst for the development of the Dunes-Kankakee Trail, a bicycling and walking trail that starts in the north at Indiana Dunes State Park and the Indiana Dunes National Park, and which will eventually go south all the way to to the Kankakee River, then west along the river from Kouts to Hebron. The trail will connect with our existing east-west trails and will link the communities along the way, providing recreational opportunities for both visitors and residents to enjoy.
